To setup your MailBox with Greetings, etc. do the following: press . .

vMail, 0000 (default password), 5, 1, 2, record Greeting, # to save, 1, hangup

vMail, 0000, 5, 7, record SAME Greeting, # to save, hangup

vMail, 0000, #, 7, 2, record your Name, # to save, hangup
( Note: if you do not record your name, transfers to your extension will say your Extension number instead of your Name. If this is preferred, do not record your name. )



If using the Alpha Numeric Company Directory, do the following

vMail, 0000, #, 7, 3, 2, Characters for your Last Name, #, 1
  .   .   .   .   .   .   .   .   Characters for your First Name, #, 1 hangup
for instance if your Last name is JONES press: 56637 # 1
  .   .   .   .   if your First name is JAMES press: 52637 # 1

( the Directory will search on Last Names or First Names depending on how it is setup, ask your installer )
